First of all, stop putting all your pics in Indy Art > Photo Manipulated. That is for people who actually take PHOTOGRAPHS and manipulate them. It's not called Anime Pic Manipulated. Second of all (which is more important, ironically), YOU CAN'T JUST TAKE OTHER PPL'S ART, CHANGE THE COLORS, AND UPLOAD IT HERE. YOU ARE DUMB. I'm sure you didn't have any sort of permission to do that, and if those artists knew about what you were doing, I'm sure they'd ask you to stop. You're supposed to draw ORIGINAL PICTURES and upload them here. And if you so feel the need to edit some anime pics that are cool, make it a wallpaper and upload it to the Wallpaper > Anime section. btw, where DID you get your anime pics?
